French Market

This week we wrapped up the second session of co-op for the school year. We have really enjoyed co-op and got to meet a lot of wonderful local home school families. We will miss them this summer but hopefully they will throw in some summer activities to get the kids together.

I have to say my biggest fear that Zane would suffer socially this school year, turned out to be totally false. He has continued to hang out with his close friends in the neighborhood & in addition added a whole other group of friends from co-op.

The last two weeks we have been doing test prep for the Stanford ,which he seemed to do fine on. Then next week he will actually be taking the Stanford over a couple days. From then on we will probably just be wrapping up a few loose ends before summer.

The pictures are from The market the French Class had on the last day. They were able to earn Euros during the session then spend them at the Market. Lots of yummy things to eat ! Zane also took art this session. These are some landscapes of different countries done with pastel chalk.

  2. I am glad HS is going so good for you. I have really been glad I pulled Jay out of school but I am not doing any co-op, just haven't found one or really even looked for one, but he is still hanging out with his buddies so that is good.
